Admission in BE Courses:
Admission in ME/MTech Courses:
The admissions to
M.E./M. Tech. are on the basis of GATE score and/or merit. The
admission notice for M.E./M.Tech. are advertised by the Institute in
the newspapers and
on the Internet through the official website of the Institute.
Admission in MBA (Full Time) Course:
The minimum
qualifications for admission to MBA (Full Time) course shall be as
follows:
A candidate holding
a graduate degree (at least three years duration) or post-graduate
degree of the university or of any other university recognized to be
equivalent thereto by the university with at least 50% of marks (45% in
case of SC, ST and OBC candidates) in aggregate in the faculty of either
engineering, Medical science, Agriculture, Social science, Commerce,
Arts, Life Science, Hotel Management, shall be eligible for application
for admission to MBA course. However, the following courses shall not be
taken as basic degree for application for admission to MBA course: LLB,
BJMC, BPEd, BLib etc. Maximum age of the candidate at the time of
admission in MBA (Full Time) course shall be 27 years or less for males
and 30 years or less for females.
For admission in MBA
(Full Time) course, candidates are expected to qualify the MAT conducted
by All India Management Association (AIMA) New Delhi. Thereafter, the
candidates are to appear at the GD & PI conducted at the Institute. The
merit list is prepared based on the composite score of the MAT and
performance in the GD & PI. Advertisement in this effect is put in the
News paper as well as on the official website of the institute.
Admission in MBA (Part Time) Course:
In addition to above
eligibility criteria (except the age limit), Candidates must posses at
least Three Years of Work experience in any business
organization/Institution. Eligible candidates are called for GD & PI for
final selection. Advertisements are put in the news papers and also on
the website of the institute. Admissions are made strictly as per the
ordinance of the affiliating University.
Admission in MCA (Full Time) Course:
For admission to
M.C.A. course the candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with at
least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC, St and OBC candidates)
of any Indian University, Foreign University or Institute recognized by
the concerned University as equivalent thereto, or Open University or
any other University established under the act of State Legislature
or Act of Parliament. The graduation should be of 3 years regular study
after passing the 12th standard examination of (10+2) scheme with
Mathematics as compulsory subject at the 12th Standard.
Admissions are made strictly as per the ordinance of the affiliating
University. Maximum age of the candidate at the time of admission in MCA
(Full Time) course shall be 27 years or less for males and 30 years or
less for females.
For admission in MCA
(Full Time) course, candidates are expected to qualify the Pre-MCA Test
conducted by the Professional Examination Board of Chhattisgarh.
Thereafter, the candidates are to appear at the counseling conducted by
the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh.
